We were living out of state during the construction and Jim was very responsive to any questions we had and responded in a timely manner. Communication was very easy. Jim is an expert in home construction and was able to answer all of our questions and helped us design the home of our dreams. The materials and finishes that were used are high quality and the subcontractors took their time to be sure the job was done right. Everyone working on the house cleaned up after their job was finished and kept the work space tidy and neat. We were so pleased, we are now having Jim finish our basement. We love our home and highly recommend K and A Contracting.
